On Friday, November 9th at 10:20 a.m., we will have a Veterans‘ Day Assembly to honor all who serve and have served in our armed forces.  This is for all K-8 grade students. It will be in Markell Hall – the middle school.

Please invite anyone in your family who is a Veteran to attend.  They will have a special seat at the front and your student should be prepared to introduce him or her.  e.g. “This is my uncle _________, and he is in the navy.”  If the child feels comfortable saying more than that, it is fine!
PLEASE let our Head of School Stephanie Sadler (ssadler@sp-academy.org) know if your student will be introducing a Veteran and the  person’s name.  Thank you so much!
