Preschool applicants who have been in preschool or daycare prior are required to provide a Teacher Feedback Form.
Complete all items outlined within the Finalsite Parent Portal account “checklist.”
The school’s admissions committee will review admissions materials and communicate next steps via email (acceptance, waitlist, etc).
Set up an appointment to complete enrollment.
Orientation with Teacher / First Day!
Note: All Preschool students MUST be 100% potty trained.

We believe that there is no better investment than in the education of a child. We strive to make Franklin Academyʼs education accessible, and our competitive pricing offers families a great value for the benefits that come with a Franklin Academy education.
Itʼs thanks to the diligent work of our Board of Trustees and the generous support of our community that weʼre able to sustainably offer affordable tuition, along with tuition assistance for those who qualify, without compromising the quality of our educational programs.
Payment
Families can pay tuition in full on or before April 30th, or must be made through Facts Management Company Services (FACTS). Please know the use of a credit card may incur additional charges.
There is 10% deposit of tuition collected at the time of enrollment and a family selects a payment plan or pays the remaining tuition by April 30th.
FACTS payment plans provide two options: three payments (June, Sept., and Dec 1st) or 10 payments June-March on either the 1st or the 15th. Please know the use of a credit card may incur additional charges. FACTS charges $50 per family for their services. Special modifications to payment plans may be submitted to accounting@thefranklin.academy after your FACTS plan is set up.
Updated admissions material is needed annually, including an updated application and fee.
Online applications open up annually in October.
Our returning students receive priority registration for one week each year.
This year it was from Monday, February 9th to Tuesday, February 17th, 2025.
Enrollment opens to new students in March.
The admissions committee will notify applicants via email if they have been accepted.
10% of tuition (cash or check) is needed at the time of enrollment.
Note: April 30th – Enrollment Payment Deadline for the 2026-27 School Year.
Tuition must be paid in full before this date, if not using Facts Management Company (FACTS). All tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition Assistance
Upon admission into any of our K-8 programs, families who find tuition costs out of reach may qualify for our Tuition Assistance Program. Once a student has been accepted into the Franklin Academy, they can apply for tuition assistance by creating a Tuition Assistance account through Facts Management Company Services (FACTS). Information on applying for the Tuition Assistance Program along with important dates can be found in the Parent Handbook.
