Family Fun Night is one of the school’s best community gatherings of the year. It’s hosted and coordinated by Parents Actively Lending Support (PALS), which stands for Parents Actively Lending Support (our version of PTA). This year the evening was a Beach/Luau themed and there were carnival games facilitated by our rising 8th Grade students where the younger kids could earn prizes, enjoy crafts, and spin the wheel for a jar.
Also, preschool through early Middle School student enjoyed the giant inflatable slide, face painting and glitter tattoos by Chelle Beautiful, and snack cart. The evening combines a school carnival for the kids and a silent auction for adults. There is always a dinner option and adult beverages, too. Proceeds from the event help fund PALS initiatives like playground equipment, music instruments, field trips, and other items for the school. This year the event was a blast and raised over $10,000.
